A Little Disney Magic, A Lifetime of Family Memories
For years, Disney’s Fort Wilderness was more than just a vacation destination for our family — it was a tradition.
We spent countless trips there with our children and extended family, gathering in the cabins, enjoying the outdoors, and making memories we still cherish today. There was something truly special about the peaceful surroundings, rustic charm, and feeling of being together that kept us coming back year after year.
When the original Fort Wilderness cabins became available, we knew we had to be part of their next chapter. We loved those cabins and everything they represented so much that we dreamed of creating our own little piece of that experience here in Davenport, Florida. And that’s how JR CABINS came to life.
Our goal was simple: to recreate the charm, nostalgia, and sense of togetherness that made Fort Wilderness so special to our family, while creating a private retreat where other families could make memories of their own.
Today, JR CABINS offers three vintage Disney cabins and our Magical Wagon, surrounded by nature and outdoor spaces designed for relaxing, exploring, and spending quality time together.
